Oberheim OB-8 & Best of Juno-106
Floppy disks from the Kurzweil Classic Analog Collection. Four disks of Roland Juno-106 — the download links to the folder with the "Best of Juno 106" disk. Also in the folder: two Oberheim OB-8 sets, one with samples built in, and an OB-8 Farm disk crafted entirely with the Kurzweil VAST engine.
Roland VG-8 Patches
The patch set Reeves Gabrels made available from his period using the Roland VG-8 with David Bowie is in this folder — genuinely interesting stuff. One of the key rhythm guitar sounds used live and in-studio was patterned directly off one of those patches. Also included: several other patch sets circulating from the late-'90s/early-2000s commercial VG-8 era, believed to be from the VG-8.com community of that period.
